Hypergene's cloud service delivers business-critical data to hundreds of organisations across the Nordics every single day. You'll be one of the people making sure it actually works.

As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you'll work hands-on and close to the product — onboarding new customers, managing upgrades, migrating from on-prem to the cloud, and solving the operational issues that come up along the way. You'll be part of a tight-knit team within Engineering and work closely with our Service Center, Product, and Delivery teams on a daily basis.

This isn't a role where you sit back and wait for things to break. We automate, improve processes, and build a scalable operational structure — and you'll help shape what that looks like.

• Work with our operations provider to ensure stable, high-quality cloud service delivery

• Onboard new customers and upgrade existing ones to the latest version

• Migrate customers from on-premises solutions to Hypergene's cloud service

• Handle and resolve service cases in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor system health, performance, and availability using observability tools

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

• Contribute to automation efforts to reduce manual, repetitive operational tasks

• Keep internal documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures up to date

You like understanding how systems fit together and you're comfortable working in an environment where things move quickly. You don't need to know everything from day one — what matters most is that you're curious, take initiative, and enjoy sharing what you learn.

You have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience

• Experience with database languages such as SQL or equivalent

• Familiarity with relevant ERP or decision support systems

• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English — you're comfortable having technical conversations with customers

• A genuine customer focus and a professional approach to service delivery

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Knowledge of containerisation tools like Docker or Kubernetes

• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible

• Experience working with version control in Git
